Openings in Ground Handling at the New Hyderabad International Airport
Air India and Singapore Airport Terminal Services (AISATS), the leading provider of integrated Ground Handling in India and Singapore respectively, have formed a JV to provide Ground Handling services to Domestic and International carriers at Bangalore and Hyderabad International Airports. AISATS invites applications from eligible candidates for the upcoming project at Hyderabad International Airport, on a three year fixed-term contract.
Please note that the actual reservation will be on post-based Roster, depending on the cadre strength prevalent at the time of appointment and the requirement in each reserved category.
Customer Service (Job Code: CS)

Asst Manager/Duty Manager
Qualification
Graduates with minimum of 5 yrs experience in Ground-handling agency, passenger handling, fares, reservation, ticketing, with any airline or IATA travel agency may apply. Candidates with an MBA degree will be preferred.
Supervisor
Qualification
Graduates with minimum of 1 year experience in Ground-handling operations, passenger handling/customer service, with any airline or IATA travel agency, or from hospitality industry may apply for Supervisor post. Preference will be given to candidates with longer and relevant working experience.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate in Foreign Language like French, German, Spanish, etc. is preferable. Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
Officer
Qualification
Graduates with experience in Ground-handling operations, passenger handling/customer service, with any airline or IATA travel agency, or from hospitality industry may apply for Officer post. Fresh Graduates with good customer service orientation can also apply.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate in Foreign Language like French, German, Spanish, etc. is preferable. Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.

Qualification
Graduate (BA / BSc. / B.Com) with 2 years of experience in working on Computers for maintaining Attendance, records of staff, job cards and work orders, billings, book keeping etc, in a Transport Maintenance organisation or similar organisation.

Qualification
Freshers with minimum SSLC qualification, physically fit with ability to read and understand simple English. Candidates with 2 yrs of relevant experience will be given preference.
Corporate Assistants are required to function as peon cum handle basic office duties. Must be able to read and write basic English.

Ramp Handling (Job Code: RH)
Requirements are for Baggage, Load Control, Apron and Transport Services.

Supervisor (Ramp, Cabin Cleaning, Baggage)
Qualification
Candidates with similar educational background as mentioned above (Officer / Duty Manager) with minimum one year of experience will be considered for Supervisor position in Ramp.
For Cabin Cleaning and Baggage areas Graduate in any discipline with minimum of 1 year relevant experience, will be considered.
Qualification for Agent II - Load Control
For Load Control position, candidate with degree in science and experience in Load Control functions may apply. Candidates to possess LMV driving Licence.
Qualification for Agent II – Baggage/Cabin Cleaning
For Baggage and Cabin Cleaning positions, graduates in any discipline with one year relevant experience will be preferred. Candidates to possess LMV driving Licence.
Agent I /Lead Assistant: (Ramp, Baggage ,Cabin Cleaning)
Qualification for Agent I-Ramp
Candidates with minimum SSLC Qualification and holding valid LMV Driving license will be considered for Agent I – Ramp position.
Qualification for Lead Assistant –Baggage and Cabin Cleaning.

Duty Manager
Qualification
Graduates with 5 yrs of minimum experience in managing aviation security functions as a Duty Manager/ Section Head will be considered.
Candidates must possess in depth knowledge of Security technology/matters and its application in aviation security services and plant /premises security. Candidates with experience in Ground Handling will be preferred for this position.
Supervisor
Qualification
Candidates with Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 yrs of experience or more in aviation security functions will be considered.
Agent II:
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, or Ex-Servicemen who have acquired the equivalent graduation qualification in the Armed Forces and have a service record of minimum 15 years in the Armed Forces not below the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer or its equivalent in the other wings of services, who have been discharged from service during the preceding 2 years / 5 years in the Armed Forces, not below the rank of Captain or its equivalent in the other wings of services, who have been discharged from service during the preceding 2 years.
Preference will be given to candidates holding NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate. Height: Above 165 cms. for male candidates and 153 cms. for female candidates.
